Shipping policy

1. Free Next Business Day Delivery (GTA)

  • Free next business day delivery is available on orders $89 or more within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Orders placed Sunday to Thursday will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Delivery window is 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The driver will call prior to arrival.

GTA Delivery Areas:
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, Brampton, King City

2. Scheduled 2–3 Business Day Delivery

  • Hamilton: Deliveries on Tuesdays & Thursdays; orders must be placed by the day before.
  • Stouffville: Deliveries on Mondays & Fridays; orders must be placed by the day before.

3. Product Handling and Additional Notes

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, route, or order volume.
  • Products are delivered in insulated packaging, which maintains the temperature for 3–5 hours. Customers are responsible for retrieving orders promptly and storing them in a refrigerator to maintain product quality.
